In February  2017 Maya is seen saying ‘thank you’ to Saanjh for understanding her. Saanjh and Maya laugh together and Arjun walks in. He is happy to see them laughing together. Saanjh leaves. Arjun seems to be tensed as he wants to talk to Maya. Maya can sense his restlessness and makes him comfortable to say what is in his mind. Maya hugs Arjun and Arjun pushes her away to talk to her. Maya gets anxious. Arjun hugs her back. 
He feels sorry about not giving any happiness to her since they got married. Maya drags a stool and stands on it. She tells Arjun that she is not upset about anything and she still loves him unlimited; he doesn’t need to feel sorry about anything. Maya kisses Arjun’s eyes, nose, and then she finally tries to kiss his lips but she slips and they fall on bed.

At Janvi’s home, Janvi is seen running to her bathroom. She splashes water on her face and then hears Ashwin’s voice calling her name. She gets scared and squeezes into a corner.

Later, in midnight, Maya is sleeping while Arjun is sitting next to her as he is tensed about talking to Maya about suspecting Janvi. In the morning, Maya is busy preparing the breakfast and Arjun hugs her from back. Ayaan teases them for public display and Vandana is also there. She is loading the washing machine and she throws Maya’s clothes on floor. Vandana scolds Ayaan for sitting idle and orders her to take care of the clothes being washed. Maya gets bit upset and then she sees Arjun washing her clothes in the bathroom.

 She joins him and teaches him how to wash clothes as he is not doing it the right way. Both of them look cute as they wash the clothes together and play with the bubbles. Finally, they are done and are on the terrace to hang the clothes to dry. Maya tells Arjun that she has to go to see Janvi as she is behaving awkwardly since the death of Ashwin. Arjun finds courage to tell her that he suspects Janvi for Ashwin’s murder.
 Arjun justifies his judgement by recalling the day of wedding. Arjun further justifies the way Janvi is behaving and the doctors diagnosis for her. She is having anxiety attacks and is not able to sleep at nights. Maya doesn’t agree with Arjun and her phone rings. Maya gets shocked as the caller tells her that Janvi has been arrested for Ashwin’s murder. Arjun and Maya immediately rush to police station.

In the police station, Janvi is upset and anxious. Saanjh has also reached there. Saanjh and the inspector argue. Saanjh wants to know the reason for arresting Janvi. Saanjh asks the inspector if he has any proof or if he is going to waste their time again. The inspector asks Janvi about her gun. He tells Janvi that she went to meet Ashwin and she forgot it there. 
The inspector shows the gun to them and it has finger prints of Janvi. Maya cross questions the inspector that he told that Ashwin died of that empty syringe so what difference does it make if they found Janvi’s gun there. The inspector aims the gun at Maya and she throws it away. The inspector justifies his action by relating it to Ashwin and Janvi. Janvi must have pointed the gun towards him and Ashwin threw it away. Then Janvi attacked him with an empty injection..
